 Investor Categories –

 Celebrity Investors and “ICONS” (4 to 5 per show + Celebrity Investor)
 – Must have a net worth of $50 million dollars or more
 – Invest a minimum of $1 million dollars for the season of 6 episodes (up to 40% into the vetted companies on behalf of the Private Equity Fund / / the remaining amount is diversified among ownership in the TV Show, ISM and Season One companies)
  “Millionaire’s Row” (8 to 10 participating per show)
 – Must be an *accredited investor 
 – Place a minimum of $240,000 in an escrow account committing to invest at least $40,000 per episode x 6 episodes in the company presenting (does not include ownership of the Private Equity Fund)
– Invest $100,000 per episode (up to $40,000 can be allocated to the company presenting in a specific episode / the remaining amount is diversified among ownership in the TV Show, ISM and Season One companies)
